• Take A1 (Autostrada del Sole). • Exit at Ponzano Romano - Soratte. • Follow the sign to Stimigliano - Poggio Mirteto. Continue straight for 2,7 Kms and you will reach the S.P. 657. Turn left. • Continue straight for 5 Kms. The road will be uphill for 3 Kms and then you will come at a large square where there is the restaurant “Da Lina” on the right. Take the road in front of you and continue straight. You will pass a soccer field on the right. At the end of the road turn right on the S.P. 52/C. • After 1,5 Kms you will come upon a junction with a road on the left and a blue sign pointing to TARANO. Turn left here. • Continue straight for 1,5 Kms. Go past the sign to San Polo on the right. After 1,5 Kms go past the white village limit sign for San Giorgio. After 0,8 Kms in San Giorgio go left following the blue sign for TARANO. The road will be downhill and you will pass the white village limit sign “Benvenuti a Tarano”. At the entrance to the old city there is a gas station and “La Fontana” restaurant/nack bar. • Continue straight for 70 metres and turn left on a gravel road marked by a sign for “Le Fattorie Caracciolo”. • Continue on this gravel road for 1,5 Kms. When you will see another “Le Fattorie Caracciolo” sign pointing to the left, end through the entrance gate. |
